CK Polymers Ltd was created by Marc Sharples and Mark Whitney in 2000, and started life as a two man plastics trading operation. The company name derives from the two different spellings of the founders first names.
Today, CK Polymers Ltd is a multi national
distributor of rGrade plastic raw materials with a multi million pound turnover and a customer base and sales force that covers the length and breadth of the UK, across continental Europe and throughout the Far East (including China).
CK Polymers Ltd’s core business continues to be the distribution of rGrade (recycled / recyclable) plastic raw material to plastic recycling compounders, pipe extruders, bottle manufacturers, injection moulders and other such processors of recycled plastics.
CK Polymers are committed to the
environment and as part of its business activities, aim to promote and grow the recycling of UK derived plastic waste to divert as much plastic waste away from landfill as possible. We are looking to achieve this aim in the following ways:-
